Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER OF $20.00

We offer FREE shipping for orders of $90 or more to Victorian Residents. 

The cost of delivery for orders of less than $90 is $15 to Metro locations and $20 to Victorian country Regions.

Our delivery range is broken into four areas with deliveries made to most country locations at least once per week.  Country deliveries are on a case by case basis, we arrange delivery into main country towns, however if the delivery is to an out of town private address or on a dirt road we would have to advise you whether the delivery is possible.

In the event that nobody’s at home to sign and accept the delivery, we will leave the goods at the front door in a safe location and a picture will be taken as proof of delivery.  Please note that we will not be liable for the integrity or safety of the product when it is left at the front door.
