The IDDSI Level 3 describes meals as being in a moderately liquid form. As such, Adults can consume these meals as a drink using Cups, Spoons or possibly Wide Diameter Straws.
These meals are smooth in texture and contain no small pieces such as lumps, seeds or fibres.
